Requirements Before Attending A Group Class Or Boarding

1. Copy of medical records and most recent vacations. Must have D.H.L.P.P & Rabies their are exceptions for dogs too young of age for certain vaccinations.

5. Collar or harness with a I.D tag

6. If your dog is on a specfic diet or shampoo diet you will be required to bring your dog food and shampoo for your dogs specific individual needs.
